The Catalyst Condos- NEW PROJECT

The Catalyst development of condos in Charlotte's Uptown / Downtown real estate area will impact the aesthetics of the 3rd Ward immensely. This is one of the largest development of condos announced in the area and will include "TWELVE Charlotte", a condominium and hotel tower.

The Novare Development is a high-rise unit of condos that has been planned around the designs for the proposed West Park and AAA baseball stadium. This 4 tower project will be built in phases. The first of the construction is scheduled to begin in 2007, and the entire development is expected to be finished in 2011. Wachovia First Street Project - NEW PROJECT

The Wachovia First Street Project in Charlotte's Uptown / Downtown real estate area is a new development planned for West 1st Street at South Tryon Street, right next to Bank of America Stadium. West Park and AAA Baseball Stadium Project – 3rd Ward Uptown Real Estate
